Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically proficient and results-driven sales managers specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT systems and IT/ ITeS infrastructure systems (ICT, IT/ITeS, Datacentre, Network active systems, electronic security (CCTV and Access Control), Building Management system, public address systems, audio-visual systems, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated ELV systems and IT /ITeS networks, and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, designing solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in enterprise, commercial buildings, retail malls, hospitality, education, healthcare, and government sectors.
- Promote and sell ELV, IT/ITeS, ICT infrastructure, Audio Visual, and IBMS solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, channel partners, and end customers.
- Generate new leads through consultant engagement, networking, industry events, and strategic business connections.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation in coordination with the pre-sales and engineering teams.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Liaise with manufacturers and vendors for pricing, technical support, and product selection.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and channel partners to support long-term business growth.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in ELV, ICT, and IT infrastructure systems.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, sales pipelines, and forecasting models.
- Meet with clients to assess their requirements and propose suitable technical solutions and quotations.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, technical submittals, and compliance checklists.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate ELV, ICT, and IBMS solutions.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and account managers to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized IT and smart infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to support strategic sales planning.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
- Lead negotiations and contract closures with clients.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with engineering and project teams for successful project execution.
- Ensure proper handover from sales to delivery team.
- Track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in ELV and ICT infrastructure.
- Identify new opportunities in smart building and digital infrastructure projects.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / IT / Networking / Electrical)

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in ELV / ICT / System Integration sales.
- Proven track record in infrastructure project sales.
- Experience working with consultants, EPC contractors, and enterprise customers.
