Grand Hyatt, Kochi is a flagship property of Lulu Group International and Its been rated as one of the best hospitality properties in Kerala, with 5 star luxury hotel and largest International convention centre in South India. The Infrastructure consists of 280 rooms which includes presidential suites, executive suites, owner suites and guest suite rooms, 4 private villas with plunge pools, Grand Ballrooms, Junior Ballrooms, Pre-function, Function Lawn, Board Rooms, EAM, Retail Shops, Business Centres, Manager’s Apartments, Spa, Gym, Grand Club Lounge, external and internal swimming pools.

LuLu ISYX selected me as a Principal Architect for the detailed design and implementation of Information Communication Technology (ICT), Electronic Security Systems and Audio Visual System with redundant fiber optic backbone connectivity, Network & Data Security on High availability and Network Management services for the following Guest, Security and admin network services.

On behalf of ISYX, Meticulous study was carried out by me to understand their operator requirements, standards, future scalability and the solution given earned their confidence. I worked as solution Architect for this project and worked towards meeting customer’s requirement, designed a very unique IT Infrastructure using latest cutting edge technology for this prestigious project which includes macro and micro level design (floor wise & area wise) for Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Electronic Security Systems and Audio Visual System services. My major scope included identification and assessment of Hyatt requirements, propose the best kind of IT & Electronic security Infrastructure solution with formulation of detailed BOQ and BOM, tender preparation and evaluation, design drawings (schematics, logical layouts, coordination drawings and shop drawings), endurance test with acceptance test plan and the handing over to Hyatt operational team.
